A: We have two options, you can mail the card directly to the recipient at the time ordered. Also, you can bulk ship multiple cards to your office and keep them on hand to distribute as needed.
Q: How do I join the Referral Program?
A: No additional enrollment steps are required for participation in the referral card program. You will automatically have access to the gift card order link and will be able to order cards at any time, year-round.
Q: How does ordering gift cards work?
A: Sign into the Direct portal and you will find a link for referral card ordering. Or follow the order link provided to you by the sales team.
You’ll need the following information to place an order:
• Denomination/dollar amount of each card
• Number of cards
• Shipping address
• Credit Card information for payment
• Billing address
Q: How is the gift card activated?
A: First, please inform the recipient that they must activate the card to have access to the money. Secondly, they will have to set PIN by visiting ManageMyCard.com, downloading the MetaWallet Mobile App, or by calling 844-309-0719. This information will also be printed on the card carrier.
Q: Can I use the Gift Card at an ATM for cash?
A: The card cannot be used at an ATM or for cash access.
