ACH Direct Deposits are a popular way for your clients with a checking or savings account to receive the
proceeds of their tax refund. When the taxpayer's federal and/or state refund is received, we deduct
all applicable fees and disburse the proceeds to the taxpayer's personal checking
or savings account through Automated Clearing House (ACH) direct deposit.
The Refund Advantage Debit Card works like an ATM/Debit Card. You provide the taxpayer
with a Prepaid Debit Card at the time their taxes are prepared. When the taxpayer's
refund is received, we deduct applicable fees and place the proceeds on Debit
Cash can be withdrawn from the Debit Card at thousands ATMs nationwide, or through purchases with merchants, who take Visa.
With a State Refund Transfer, taxpayers enjoy the convenience of receiving both
their federal and state refunds through the same disbursement method. Or, in some
instances the only refund available to collect your fees is through the state refund.
By encouraging your clients to receive a state refund product, you build additional
customer loyalty and earn additional incentives! Plus, you help ensure you get
paid your tax preparation fess in cases where the federal refund Is not paid by the IRS.
Typically, a percentage of expected federal refunds are NOT released by the IRS.

In lieu of our traditional Refund Transfer Products which include Instant Issue

With Fee Advantage, your clients can use their federal or state
refund to pay your fees without incurring any additional costs. Reduce accounts
receivable and/or inventory, and the loss of clients to tax preparation businesses
that offer this service. There is now an easy and reasonably priced alternative
for you to collect your fees at the time of service!
Once the tax refund is released by the IRS, we deduct your tax preparation fees
from the proceeds of the taxpayers refund, and remit the balance due to the taxpayer
directly to the taxpayers bank account. Your client pays nothing for this service.
You pay a $14.95 processing charge for each fee collection. The processing charge
is deducted from the fees we collect on your behalf. Fees collected on your behalf
(less the applicable processing charge) are remitted to you daily by direct deposit
to your bank account.

Fee Assist allows the ERO to get paid early for fees they have earned at the start of tax season. Fee Assist allows you to receive a portion of your tax preparation fees early (once the IRS has acknowledged the return), helping you manage funding during the initial filing of taxpayer returns. The program begins on the first day of the regular filing season.
